At Radioddity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your communication gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all antennas, batteries, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Radioddity

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
